Technical Documentation Improvements, Troubleshooting, and Exit Conference Activities

During my final week as an OJT intern, I focused primarily on improving and updating the technical documentation for the CAFÉ system. I added additional debugging notes, development tips, and guides on resolving common technical issues that developers or maintainers may encounter in the future. The goal of these updates was to make the documentation more comprehensive, practical, and easier to follow for the next team who will continue maintaining and developing the system. I also organized several sections of the documentation to improve clarity and make troubleshooting steps easier to understand.

Aside from documentation tasks, I also assisted with several technical support and maintenance responsibilities within the office. I helped troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues on office computers by checking network configurations, verifying physical connections, and identifying possible causes of unstable connectivity. In addition, I performed printer maintenance tasks such as refilling printer inks, conducting printer cleaning procedures, and performing ink flushing to help resolve printing quality problems and maintain the printers’ functionality for daily office operations.

This week also marked the conclusion of my internship journey. On the final day, all OJT interns attended the exit conference where discussions were held regarding our overall experiences, learnings, contributions, and challenges encountered throughout the internship period. The conference served as an opportunity to reflect on the knowledge and practical skills we developed during our deployment, as well as to receive final reminders and acknowledgements from the organization.

Enhancing the CAFÉ technical documentation:
I expanded the documentation by adding debugging procedures, development recommendations, and common issue resolutions to make the system easier to maintain and continue developing for future programmers and staff members.

Resolving printer-related maintenance concerns:
I performed printer cleaning, ink flushing, and ink refilling procedures to address printing issues such as faded output and clogged ink lines, helping maintain reliable printer performance.

Troubleshooting LAN connectivity problems:
I diagnosed and resolved LAN-related issues by checking network cables, configurations, and computer connectivity settings to restore stable network access for office users.
